      Over time, depending on how often you wear it, your jewelry may need to be repolished, matte-finished, or rhodium-plated. White gold jewelry always has a rhodium plating, which, once worn away, reveals the natural color of the white gold. Depending on the alloy and karat purity, it may appear more or less yellowish, and if this bothers you, a new rhodium plating can be applied.<\/p>\n

      Natural gemstones vary in hardness and durability, which is why they require different care. Some gemstones are highly sensitive to sudden temperature changes, while others should not be exposed to heat sources or direct sunlight. When cleaning your jewelry, you should check whether the stone or metal is affected by acids, alcohol, ammonia, chlorine, or other substances.<\/p>\n

      You can clean your jewelry daily with a microfiber cloth. If it needs a deeper clean, you can do so using a very soft toothbrush and mild liquid soap (pH-neutral) over a soft cloth placed on a flat surface (do not do this over the sink). Gently scrub all areas, especially under the jewelry settings.       There are many suggestions on the internet on how to measure finger size. We consider most such methods to be relatively inaccurate. It is most correct to take a measure with jeweler’s rings. For our customers we can provide such jewellery measurements by courier. Note that there may be a difference in size between left and right hand, so it is good to know which hand and which finger you want to wear the ring on. Also, in hot weather your fingers may be more swollen and in cold weather, they may be shrunken. If you have an existing ring that fits you, measure its inside diameter with an electronic caliper.
