Jewellery making varies according to its complexity. Our designer jewellery has a production time of about 6 weeks. On average it takes the same amount of time to make bespoke custom jewellery, which can vary from 2 weeks to 2-3 months depending on the availability of gemstones and our workload. The lead time for the manufacture of your jewellery will be described in your quote.
Depending on the chosen method, the payment could be made either by direct bank transfer after you receive your final quote from us or via Stripe after completing the checkout process. International shipments are handled with FedEx and DHL – your jewellery will be sent with a declared value, fully insured and express delivery (by air).

No, at Efir we only work with natural gemstones and diamonds.
There are many suggestions on the internet on how to measure finger size. We consider most such methods to be relatively inaccurate. It is most correct to take a measure with jeweler’s rings. For our customers we can provide such jewellery measurements by courier. Note that there may be a difference in size between left and right hand, so it is good to know which hand and which finger you want to wear the ring on. Also, in hot weather your fingers may be more swollen and in cold weather, they may be shrunken. If you have an existing ring that fits you, measure its inside diameter with an electronic caliper. You can contact us so we can explain how. If the ring is a surprise, we will advise you personally what would be the best approach.
Yes, all jewelry ordered from Efir arrive to in a luxurious packaging with a certificate of authenticity. If there are other lab certificates accompanying the gemstones, they are also sent with the jewelry.
