Yes, we offer personalized engraving of names, dates, or short messages on the inside of bands, rings, and pendants. Depending on the model and the customer’s preferences, the engraving is done by hand, with a precision laser, or incorporated directly into the jewelry’s 3D design. This service makes your jewelry even more personal and sentimental.
Don’t worry! We offer professional alterations (to make the ring size larger or smaller). The first alteration is often included as a complimentary service for our customers (please ask about the terms and conditions when placing your order).
Yes, this is an important part of our process. For custom orders, we create a detailed 3D computer model (CAD design) that allows you to view the jewelry from every angle and make adjustments before it is actually crafted.
Absolutely. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. We work exclusively with reputable international suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process and guarantee that the stones are mined in compliance with human rights and ethical standards.
If you wish to return your jewelry, you must notify us via email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the item.
We only accept items that have not been worn, are undamaged, and are in their original Efir box. Yes. We offer a 2-year warranty on the craftsmanship of the jewelry (setting and assembly), which covers all manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or physical impact.
Yes, that is our main area of expertise. At Efir, we offer a premium bespoke service for creating unique jewelry, tailored entirely to your vision and budget.
Unlike mass-market jewelry stores, our process is led by a certified gemologist, and our team of experts will be with you every step of the way—from refining the idea to receiving the finished piece.
The creation of bespoke jewelry involves the following stages:
-
Consultation and gemstone selection: We select the perfect natural gemstone (diamond, sapphire, emerald, ruby, tourmaline, etc.) based on your criteria for quality and investment value.
-
3D Design and Visualization: Before we begin work, we create a detailed 3D computer model. You can see exactly what the piece of jewelry will look like and make adjustments before it is crafted.
-
Handcrafted: Once approved, our master goldsmith—with over 30 years of experience in fine jewelry—begins crafting the piece in 14k or 18k gold.
For inspiration or ideas, you can browse our portfolio of bespoke jewelry from over the years. Use the filters to easily find what you’re looking for.

Yes, of course! Although our jewelry pieces are unique, one-of-a-kind creations and we often use rare natural gemstones, we can create a custom variation of this design just for you.
How does the process work? Since we cannot make a 100% identical copy (each stone has its own character), we will craft a piece that preserves the spirit, style, and composition of the original, but is tailored specifically for you. We will search for a stone with a similar shape, color, and character, and tailor the size and details to your preferences.
To get started, please fill out our Inquiry Form, and we will contact you to discuss the options and production timelines.
Yes, Efir offers a selection of high-quality Italian chains made of 18-karat gold. We consult each customer individually to select a chain with the right weave, thickness, and length that can support the weight of the specific pendant and complement its design.
Yes, in fact, that’s our main strength. At Efir, 99% of our engagement rings are custom-made.
We don’t believe in mass-produced designs for such a personal occasion. With us, you don’t just buy a ring off the shelf—you create it:
-
Choosing the stone: You choose the specific natural diamond or colored gemstone that will be the centerpiece of the ring (rather than whatever happens to be in stock).
-
Design for her: We tailor the design to suit the customer’s style and your budget to create something truly one-of-a-kind.
-
Guaranteed quality: Each ring is handcrafted in our workshop, allowing us to ensure every detail is perfect.
This ensures that the ring will be one of a kind—just like your story.
Over time, depending on how often you wear it, your jewelry may need to be repolished, matte-finished, or rhodium-plated. White gold jewelry always has a rhodium plating, which, once worn away, reveals the natural color of the white gold. Depending on the alloy and karat purity, it may appear more or less yellowish, and if this bothers you, a new rhodium plating can be applied.
Natural gemstones vary in hardness and durability, which is why they require different care. Some gemstones are highly sensitive to sudden temperature changes, while others should not be exposed to heat sources or direct sunlight. When cleaning your jewelry, you should check whether the stone or metal is affected by acids, alcohol, ammonia, chlorine, or other substances.
You can clean your jewelry daily with a microfiber cloth. If it needs a deeper clean, you can do so using a very soft toothbrush and mild liquid soap (pH-neutral) over a soft cloth placed on a flat surface (do not do this over the sink). Gently scrub all areas, especially under the jewelry settings. This method is not suitable for all types of gemstones (such as opals, pearls, and some emeralds); read more in the detailed article on our blog.
Professional ultrasonic cleaning is the best method, but ONLY for certain types of jewelry, as this method can damage some gemstones. If you are unsure which method is best for your jewelry, please contact us.
Proper storage, care, and cleaning of your jewelry are essential to keeping it in pristine condition for many years to come. You can find our tips in our guide—Jewelry Care.
We advise you to store your jewellery separately from each other in a box (to avoid covering with dust), so that they do not get scratched and tangled. The best method for packing while traveling is in individual pouches or small plastic zip lock bags. Pack the earrings separately from each other. Stow them in a place in your luggage where no pressure will be exerted or in a hard box. While it’s not the most aesthetically pleasing solution, you can wrap each piece of jewelry in a tissue or paper for extra protection.
Jewellery making varies according to its complexity. Our designer jewellery has a production time of about 6 weeks. On average it takes the same amount of time to make bespoke custom jewellery, which can vary from 2 weeks to 2-3 months depending on the availability of gemstones and our workload. The lead time for the manufacture of your jewellery will be described in your quote.
Bank Transfer
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you our bank account details so you can make the payment. Most of our designer jewelry is made to order, in which case payment is made in two installments: a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due once the piece is ready, before we ship it.
Card Payment
When finalizing your order, you have the option to pay by card. Payments are processed through Stripe, and an additional fee of 1.5% of the order total applies.
Installment Purchase
Please add the desired product to your cart and follow the steps to enter your information, then indicate that you wish to pay in installments with tbi. Enter your information into the tbi system, and a representative will contact you to approve the credit.
No, we don’t make silver jewelry. We work exclusively with natural gemstones and gold.
No. We are dedicated to natural minerals. We work exclusively with natural gemstones and diamonds, as we believe they are the only ones that retain and increase their value over time.
There are many suggestions on the internet on how to measure finger size. We consider most such methods to be relatively inaccurate. It is most correct to take a measure with jeweler’s rings. For our customers we can provide such jewellery measurements by courier. Note that there may be a difference in size between left and right hand, so it is good to know which hand and which finger you want to wear the ring on. Also, in hot weather your fingers may be more swollen and in cold weather, they may be shrunken. If you have an existing ring that fits you, measure its inside diameter with an electronic caliper. You can contact us so we can explain how. If the ring is a surprise, we will advise you personally what would be the best approach.
Yes, all jewelry ordered from Efir arrive to in a luxurious packaging with a certificate of authenticity. If there are other lab certificates accompanying the gemstones, they are also sent with the jewelry.
