Earrings with knots

We present you our "Love Knots" earrings model. We make the earrings from 18 karat solid gold and 4 small diamonds on the 4 smoothly hanging ends of the ropes. We have chosen what is called a square or reef knot, which is made from two separate ropes and symbolizes love and connectedness. The earrings are meant to be worn on the left and right side, with the shorter rope meant to be worn further away. The fastening is discreet, easy and secure.

Here's what our designer says about the collection:

"As some of you may know I am originally from the seaside city of Varna and my grandfather was a captain all his life. His fascinating stories of sea voyages were numerous. Everyone here has an acquaintance, friend or relative who 'travels'. This collection encapsulates many meanings, nostalgia for the sea, the memory of my grandfather, the excitement of a long voyage. But my personal conception lies in the sea knots themselves. For a knot to be considered good, it must be easy to make, not tighten further when pulled, and just as easy to untie when needed. I chose one that is used to connect two ropes, just as we intertwine the fates with our loved ones. Similarly, the symbolism I put in is that for a relationship to be good, it must resist tension without suffocating or deforming us and we must be as whole together as we are apart. In this I think love knots and sea knots are alike.."

Order

Please add the selected item to your cart and follow the checkout steps. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your order and clarify any questions that may arise.

Payment by bank transfer

Upon confirmation of your order, we will send you our bank account details where you can make the payment.
Most of our designer jewellery pieces are made-to-order, in which case payment is made in two installments – 50% is paid upfront, and the remaining 50% is paid once the jewellery is ready, before we dispatch it.

Payment by card

You can pay by card when finalizing your order. Payments are processed through Stripe and an additional fee of 1.5% of the total order amount is charged.

Production time

Our designer jewellery is made-to-order and has a production time of about 6 weeks.

Domestic delivery

The delivery of our jewellery is free of charge to your chosen Econt office. The jewellery is sent well packaged with its actual value stated.

If you insist on payment by cash on delivery and/or the parcel being sent to home address, then delivery is at your expense.

International shipping

International orders are shipped by DHL Express or FedEx International Priority with insurance for the full value of the shipment. When your jewelry is ready to ship we will provide you with a tracking code.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that international shipments outside the EU are subject to customs clearance. All prices on the website, as well as the total value of your order, do not include any taxes and customs fees required when the shipment is cleared through customs.

Returns

If you wish to return your jewellery, you must notify us by email to sales@efirgems.com within 14 days of the day you receive the jewellery.

We only accept items that have not been worn, are not damaged and are in the original Efir box. Please note that we cannot refund any duties or taxes paid on international shipments, and that engraved and/or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned.
